Jordan 1 Low OG x Travis Scott

This pair of Jordan 1 Low OG x Travis Scott sneakers is known as Reverse Mocha, which refers to certain aspects of its design. A brown tone called Ridgerock accounts for the Mocha part as it covers the suede base layer of the upper. The other part is due to the idiosyncratic swoosh that lies backwards upon the shoe’s lateral flank – a detail that Scott likes to add to his Jordan collaborations. This logo comes in Sail, while the one on the opposite sidewall is made of white leather, for a compelling mismatched look.

Meanwhile, the rest of the leather overlays that form the upper, including the forefoot mudguard, eyestay and rear section, are all white. The heel panel is embroidered with University Red branding in the shape of the Cactus Jack logo on the left shoe and the Jordan Wings on the right. While these elements add splashes of color to the heel, the tongue has a white patch with a set of Nike branding sewn into it, and the medial flank contains a red Cactus Jack cross.

Supporting this upper is a Sail midsole, whose off-white tones give it a vintage feel, and a grippy rubber outsole decorated in a Ridgerock hue. Circular formations beneath the forefoot provide a good level of traction to the wearer, while the perforations over the top of the toe add breathability. Sail laces can be used to tie the shoe up, and Ridgerock appears once more on the inner, coating both the mesh lining and the insole. Atop this last feature, more branding has been printed, with the name of Jordan’s partner on the design written backwards on the right foot and the Jumpman logo finishing off the look in University Red on the left.
