The color-blocking on this Jordan 1 Low involves three classic tones which come together to forge a heritage aesthetic across the sneaker. The sole unit is made of durable rubber so that it provides great support underfoot, and its dichromatic appearance sets the tone for the shoe’s strong color palette. Its midsole, which has been filled with bouncy Air and soft foam padding, is completely white, while its outsole comes in bright Varsity Red. This vibrant tone spreads across the straight grip lines that fan out around the heel and the circular ones which radiate away from the center of the forefoot.

Meanwhile, the upper has been decorated with a third tone to bring another dimension to its look. This color is black, and it covers the leather of the forefoot mudguard, earning the sneaker the nickname Black Toe.
